Upstairs, tiny little lift (that will break down) only the size of a 10u rack case, there is a bigger lift, but zoo staff only let you use it to load out as it involves going into the zoo. there is a rude man who works in banqueting who shouts at the punters at the end of the night telling them to go home (he might not do it during day conferences)
