Creating an article within the Blue Room Wiki is easy. Firstly, do a quick search to check the article doesn't already exist. Then, either click the "create this article" link on the search results page, or navigate to http://www.blue-room.org.uk/wiki/your_search_term and edit that page. When you've finished writing your article, click "Save Page" and the article will be created.

Editing a document here is just the same as editing it anywhere on the Blue Room - you can use all the normal tags, plus standard Wiki ones.

You can link to other articles by writing [[article name]] within your article. For an external link to another site, use [http://www.example.com link title] (note the single square brackets, compared to double for internal links) and to link to a Blue Room forum topic, use [topic=83]link to topic 83[/topic]

To place an article within a category, simply insert (eg) [[Category:Lighting]] at the end of your article (it will work anywhere, but we prefer it at the end for neatness). For a complete list of all categories, see Special:Categories
