Something to think about.

This section doesn't appear to be taking off. I think it may be people not knowing what sort of venues to put down. IMO it should be ANY type of venue. from a Theatre or arena to a Holiday Park to a club.

there are many times where i have needed to know certain tech specs of a smaller venue and not been able to find this out. There are also times where people have asked me about a venue as they cannot contact a venue.

Even if its a simple detail like power available and more importantly any restrictions (4x 13 amp sockets. NO LIFT... L shaped room. NO rigging points. NO FOH POSITION!!!. it would be great to have a list of things like this.

This is in no way designed to categorize venues as good or bad. this is just to help other people who may be working at a venue in future. It would warn them of any issue's or put their mind at ease.

Just My opinion. if everyone thinks its a waste of time then thats fair enough. :)
