Note: about 8% of fatalities at work are caused by electric shock, (12-16 employee deaths) 210-258 Major Accidents and 500 over three day accidents each year.

Using FE Birds 1969 triangle that is: 5000 minor injuries, 15,000 Damage Accidents & 300,000 near miss accidents every year in the UK due to electricity at work!
