Full Version: Alien Apparatus Show Controller Question

Hello everyone, I thought it would be a good idea to post here as I'm told the level of expertise on this forum is legendary! I play in a wedding trio, and I've been running my small LED lighting rig through a MIDI to DMX converter from my Roland Sonic Cell for a while now, but after joining a new trio I'm having to work with wav files, so I bought Alien Apparatus Show Controller to allow me to program DMX light shows to run with the wav files. Problem is, when I write the lightshow it works just great, but when I save the file and play it back it doesn't! For example, fade in's don't work - the full velocity comes on instantly, and other lights just flicker then go out, as if something in the software is defaulting the values to 255. I've been on the AA forum (ghost town) and been in contact with support, but still no further. Question is, has anybody ever used this stuff before, and had similar issues, and also is there any other way I could run wav with DMX if all is lost with AA?
Thanks. rolleyes.gif

It was unfortunate that nobody here could help you, but now it's fixed perhaps you could tell us what the problem was and it may help someone else in the future.
