Hi people
I'm wondering where I can get hold of a Victorian Chandelier to Hire for a week.
It needs to be roughly between 1 - 3 meters in diameter and also needs to be able to hook up to a dimmer!
I may also need transport to croydon.
I have looked around but can't really find what I need!
can anybody give me a point in the right direction?
Cheers
Sam
(p.s. I was a bit split whether this should go in props or not but being a lampie I stuck with what I know!!) (and it glows)

Hey SoLiEn
Cheers for that - they look really useful
However they don't seem to have what I need!
Any other suggestions?
Cheers

You could try Stuart Learmonth - TV & film prop hire.
Or long shot why not try Bill Kenwright Productions, they have a few in purpose built cases for their touring productions.

Svincent,
Give Invisible Blue a call: 020 7733 1144
http://www.invisibleblue.com/Based near Brixton, they should be able to supply what you need or point you to a different supplier if they can't do it.

I've hired chandeliers of that type in the past from the National Theatre, whose store is in Oval, south London.

I've collected props from Brixton, I think it was the National Youth Theatre. Sorry, but I only drove for the occasion so don't have details.
