Have you tried contacting the manufacturer?

Alternatively, there's a member on LN called Lightsky Barry (or something). He might be able to help wink.gif

These were supplied by Electrovision breifly a few years ago, they no longer stock them because the supplier put up the prices after the first batch.

the manual is available on line from lightsky.com.
the dip switch settings are 1-9 normal DMX settings switch 10 is sound activation, from memory I put a potentiometer across the microphone because the sensitivity was fierce. 1-6 function settings
1 reverse pan
2 reverse tilt
3 fixed colour (as opposed to split col)
4 high resolution (adds 2 channels DMX for fine pan and tilt)
5 limit of pan and tilt (needs to be set with DMX controller)
6 test mode. basic function test.

just serviced a pair of these myself.

DMX is
1 colour
2 Gobo
3 rotate if it is a + model
4 Shutter
5 pan
6 tilt
7 fine pan
8 fine tilt

they are not bad but the optimising for the lamp brightness is poor. and the colours tend to be quite dark, the only bright one is the yellow , but tends to be a bit incipid. Gobos ok, no rotation on my model. Movement bit jerky but again ok.
Typical Soundlab.

Great thanks for that, been onto manufacturer and they are sending the manual. Another issue has arisen. They work great on my 24 channel desk, but when connected to a frog 88 theatre desk we have no control at all. The red led flashes to indicate they are recieving a signal but nothing else. We thought it could be a polarity problem, but on closer inspection they appear the same. Any thoughts? Many thanks Andy
