We have a Macrotech MA602 (acquired second hand with other Macrotechs) and the ENABLE and SIGNAL/IOC indicators do not illuminate.
The ODEP indicators do illuminate.

Any ideas, guys?

A quick shoofty on the Macrotech manual details the indicators as follows:

Enable - basically the power on indicator (indicates status of low voltage supply) - if this isn't lit and the amp is passing signal, methinks you have a dud LED.
The IOC indicators should glow green when signal present. Try running signal in at full power with no speaker connected - it should flash. If not, methinks you either have more blown LED's or a faulty low voltage power supply.

The ODEP indicator should be on at all times, until the amp is running out of steam when it will dim.

Do a few tests, and if it appears to be duff might be an idea to get it back to Crown's distributor to get it looked at.
