Anyone know if the Monster Pro Power FlexLamp LED Light (XLR) is compatible with an ETC Express console?

Not enough info I'm afraid. You need a lamp which doesn't use the shaft as the return. Been there, got two spare lamps I can't use...

No way to know - you'll have to call Monster directly, as they don't give a pinout anywhere on their site.
Would be handy if you could report what they say!
