labby Posted April 29, 2018 Share Posted April 29, 2018 hi all, I have some new fixtures that I am trying to patch into my desk. it says they can be run on 2,3,5 or 24 channels. they work on 5 channels but I wanted them on 24 and they wont respond when I set them in that mode. below is the information from Thommans site. Same advice goes here: have you got a fixture definition for this unit? If not, send a link to the manual to FixtureSupport@Zero88.com. Don Allen Posted April 30, 2018 Share Posted April 30, 2018 I would recommend putting any new fixture onto faders on a manual desk to confirm the DMX channel information supplied by the manufacturer and to also confirm what mode you are running the fixture in. MarkPAman Posted April 30, 2018 Share Posted April 30, 2018 In 24 Chan mode they're just 8 x simple RGB units, at 1, 4, 7 etc..... (or whatever start address you choose). Is this how you're trying to run them?
