(Its not a licence though - there is no such thing. It bugs me even more that I've just had to fork out a couple of hundred quid and a day of my life because people tend to believe the hype, but I digress...) No need for a driving license and all the courses are easy enough for even complete beginners. I have no idea about under 18s, check with a local provider.
