Lighting Engineers

 

We currently have a vacancy for Lighting Engineers.

You must be experienced in working on mid to large-scale events and hold a flair for design. You will be responsible for all elements of the show.

Key responsibilities and duties will include:

• Working from and interpreting a lighting plan, including preparation of equipment specifications, electrical calculations and configurations from drawings.

• Coordinating equipment show prep stage of a project at the Company's warehouse facilities.

• Rigging, focusing and operating necessary lighting equipment.

• Working with automated fixtures and dimmers.

• Programming and operating various lighting consoles.

 

Skills and attributes required:

• 3yrs previous experience in a similar role with a detailed knowledge of all aspects of lighting technology,

• Good knowledge of power distribution and load calculations.

• Good analytical and problem solving skills.

• Excellent computer skills including all Microsoft Office application.

• Must be familiar with Lighting plots in CAD, WYSIWYG and Vectorworks.

• Must display a positive and can do attitude both in the warehouse and on-site.

• Must hold a full driving license and be a fluent English speaker.

Salary GBP28,000 – GBP45,000 per annum, (Tax free) dependent upon experience.

 

Salary is inclusive of Housing allowance and Travel allowance.

We will provide Visa and Medical insurance.
