THE ROLE Due to continued success and increased business wins there is now an exciting opportunity to join the rapidly growing Production division. Joining at an exciting time of expansion for the business you will be responsible for all production elements across a range of events both across the UK and internationally. Responsibilities include:•Managing client contact and being the main point of contact for all their production needs•Creating proposals and full technical specifications including full costings and quotes•Creating CAD plans•Managing the full production process•Liaising with venues (including attending site visits)•Managing, negotiating and booking suppliers•Creating all pre-event production documentation•Working closely with internal teams and departments•Managing event logistics; booking and scheduling kit, crew and transportation•Budget management•Providing onsite project management and technical support THE CANDIDATE To be considered for this Production Manager role you must come from an AV / technical background gained from working within a production agency or an AV company. It is important that you have client-facing skills teamed with the ability to manage the production of events from start to finish, including full technical specification. Skills in CAD / Vectorworks would be beneficial as would exposure to working on webinars or web streaming events but neither are essential for the role. Candidates must have exposure to both UK and international projects (with a strong knowledge of worldwide venues) and be used to running multiple projects concurrently.
