Benzo-diazepines such as Tammy, or jellies as we experienced folk in addiction work used to know them, are hypnotic psychoactive addictive drugs, not to be used when working with machinery or driving and may have unexpected side-effects for some people. If you cannot sleep on tour, then do not go on tour. The primary considerations are as everyone has repeated your own personal Health, Safety and Welfare.
