PRODUCTION MANAGER DUBAI

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000, Tax Free Depending on experience.

 

JOB OVERVIEW:

The Production Manager is responsible for working effectively with both client and internal teams to flawlessly deliver events that drive client satisfaction.

 

The Production Manager will spend the majority of their time managing all aspects of the event production process.

 

The Production Manager should thrive under pressure, and have a passion for event production and logistics.

 

The Production Manager will manage the on-site team of technicians and ensure that the event is proposing high standard and ensuring all duties are achieved within the deadline.

 

The Production Manager will have good communication skills. He must be well organised and he must be able to accomplish multiple simultaneous tasks.

 

Train and develop future Production Mangers

 

Pro-actively contact clients well in advance of their event to develop and build the relationship and to interpret technical solutions.

 

Attend site meetings in advance of the event.

 

Foster good relations with all Sales & Operations team members,

 

Responsible for the stock control, upkeep and reporting of repair / replacement requirements

 

Manage multiple events simultaneously, from budget to delivery

 

About You

You'll have:-

 

Excellent communication skills Proven experience managing teams on site within challenging time frames; Experience of AutoCAD, Microsoft Word and Excel. 2-5 Years proven experience running a variety of production events and/or in-house. Ability to hit the ground running and work under pressure during peak seasons. A good understanding of technical production - including sound, lighting, video, rigging and power distribution systems
