    Hi, thanks for your reply. I have not seen the "studio mode" or a Speed channel, apart from the fast or accurate setting, but will have a look. Thanks for reply, There are no error codes showing on this unit. Hi, thanks for your reply, I do have the manual and have gone through everything I think will affect the pan and tilt only. But will do a factory reset, didn't think of that one, thanks.

    Hi Everyone. I am new to the forum and have a problem with one of my mac 250's. Everything responds to commands as it should but the pan and tilt run slower than the other 3, It does get to the desired point but much slower than the rest. I have checked that it is not set to slow/precise movement. all settings seem to be the same on all lights. Can anyone throw any light on my problem. Tony
