Established for over 25 years they take pride in their ever growing equipment catalogue and services delivered to clients. THE ROLE We are now looking for an Operations and Dispatch Manager to come on board and develop the warehouse operation! Key skills will include: • Line managing a small team of warehouse operatives and ad hoc local crew• Organising day to day operations schedules and warehouse procedures• Liaising with Department Heads and Project Managers and forward planning• Health and safety within the warehouse• Overseeing and hands on preparation of equipment to the highest standard• Checking in equipment returned from hire• Stock management using our stock management software, Current RMS• Manually loading/unloading of vans and trucks THE CANDIDATE The successful applicant will be a strong leader, have experience in the AV industry and have a good understanding of live event production in a similar warehouse role. You will be at home in a fast paced, hands on environment and thrive under the pressures of a busy warehouse.
