The Harlington is a multi-purpose entertainment venue in Hampshire operated by Fleet Town Council, which offers a programme of live events focusing heavily on music and comedy, but also featuring some theatre and pantomime, and most things in between! The emphasis is on creating an exciting atmosphere for our visitors. We like to think that we're just a little bit different to the rest! The Harlington is currently a flat floor venue with the ability to work in a variety of formats – cabaret, theatre or fully standing concert for up to 500 people. In addition, we also run events and hire out rooms for a variety of different activities and classes. The Harlington has a café which is open 6 days a week and two bars which open for performances and functions.

Upon completion of the project, The Harlington will be able to offer a greater variety and quality of production and performance, whilst building and maintaining a strong link with live music performance through a second, more intimate space, which will work with up and coming original artists and bands in addition to national and international artists.

We know that working hard, supporting each other and enjoying ourselves will help to achieve this and we all place a high priority on doing so.

The right person will have experience within a live venue environment, but also the ability to think on their feet, solve issues quickly, have an eye for detail, be fantastic with people and a friendly and engaging personality.
