Does anybody have a CAD drawing of the Duchess Theatre I could use.
Possibly for a small consideration....
Do feel free to PM me if you prefer.
Thanks

Not got plans but a couple of thoughts having worked the place.
Great friendly team working there - really really nice people
Get-in is via a small alleyway, into a lift, round a tight corner - something that needs to be taken in to consideration for any set or flight-cases as anything over 1m in any dimension will require some manipulation.
as you may already know the flys are full height for the first 8ft downstage only, the upstage is tracks / fixed bars only as there's a big chunk missing in the tower.
some very tight corridors and turns backstage (including access to the crossover) so don't count on being able to move any objects out to dressing-rooms unless they can be carried by one person in their arms.
their "storage" is putting stuff in the alleyway access to the dock- it's reasonably secure but completely open to the elements. There's really no storage space at all anywhere within the theatre.
She's a small venue but suprisingly fun to work in... but did I mention small?
