Jd17 Posted February 23, 2015 Share Posted February 23, 2015 I have programmed some sub master’s on the fat frog but when I unplug the desk and then turn it back on they are gone.what in addition do I need to do.If any one could help as I have show tomorrow. smalljoshua Posted February 23, 2015 Share Posted February 23, 2015 Chances are it's the backup battery. You need to get someone suitably qualified to open up the desk and change it for you. Just to add: when you power up the desk ensure the disk is not in the drive, then when it's software is loaded you can put the disc in and load your file. This is because when it sees a disc in the drive at power-up, it looks to see if there is a new version of it's software on the disc. Looking for this just wastes time. If it doesn't see a disc then it happily loads the latest version it can find internally and this cuts down boot-up time. Hope that helps. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

boatman Posted February 24, 2015 Share Posted February 24, 2015 One other thing to be aware of is that the Frog series sometimes don't take kindly to floppy discs which have been formatted elsewhere.
