musht
Northern Light is now a trading name of Stage Electrics, the Assembly St premises have been on market for some time, SKL are well known auctioneers , guessing Steve is not a direct employee of either. Stage LX have done well on previous auctions..... Remember that hammer price is subject to 15% buyers premium and then + 20% VAT. Ebay misspellings and auctions that are not specialist equipment autions tend to yield best bargains.
xllx
Ebay misspellings and auctions that are not specialist equipment autions tend to yield best bargains. On the misspellings front, there are some stands in this auction by well known stage engineering company Poughty! I have bought stuff from this auction company in the past, got some good prices, but there are a couple of other things to be aware of... The reserve price can be reduced within 24 hours of the auction end. This could mean, like me, you get a bargain, but if you have bid on another lot instead of the one your reserve didn't meet then you could end up with more items than you wished to purchase. The collection times are VERY specific, and very tight, In this case only 2 specific days.
lightning8oy
Just to clarify NL (Northern Light) and NL Productions are two different and separate companies. NL Productions separated from NL and Stage Electrics a while ago. There is a friendly relationship between them but NL Productions is not owned by Stage Electrics or Northern Light.
