Richie Love
Has anyone ever built a Chitty Chitty Bang Bang for a show? or any stage vehicle ? if so how did you do it? what would people recommend? CheersRich
Jivemaster
First constraint is budget! There are posts about "Grease" cars and Madness Morris Minors. However budget and storage space usually define the degree of realism possible -which has to be checked with the performance licence conditions. Shez
I know of at least two different amateur productions of Chitty happening later this year - you could get in touch and see what they're planning?
Paul O
I'm lighting the Newcastle production of Chitty later this year, the main set is being hired from Scenic Projects but the car and flying mechanism is being hired from another source. I can get you the hire company details if hiring is an option instead of building your own?
