michaelyallop
Just a long shot, but I've searched Google for this issue but have come up empty handed. We have an Antari Low smoke machine ICE101. Recently we have had an issue where by it powers up but after around a second, a rely clicks and the Green (Manual) LED flashes quickly. I have left it to warm up hoping that it was just a heat cycle, although this hasn't happened since new, but it does nothing but blink. Has anyone had any similar issues to this? or have any idea what the issue could be? We regularly pump distilled water through it to clean it so I don't think its a blockage, even if it is we can't pump the water through as all the remote does is blink. ianknight
It could be the control PCB has failed - in all the time I've known these machines, I've only ever replaced one PCB. Being the ICE 101 I think it shouldn't be a problem for your local Antari dealer to get one from HighLite UK (they are the UK Antari distributor) and it should take about an hour to fit once you've stripped the case of the machine down to get to it. It might be worth a call to HighLite UK and speak to Nigel the service guy - he might be able to give an accurate diagnosis over the phone but I suspect you'll end up with a new PCB. Thanks for the quick reply. I will give him a go. I have already stripped the machine down so it shouldn't take to long to replace if that is the issue.
