vManager changes: - Support for LPU-2

LPU-1 v1.01 : - Network connectivity issue resolved.

LPU-1 v1.00 : - No more address change when replacing fixture’s personality.

- Movement FX made slower

- CMY support

- Cues were not correctly stored in show file.

LPU-2 v1.01 : - Initial release

LPU-1/2 v1.10 : - DMX dip does not show anymore during Playback editing

- Bug fix: 16-bit values are set correctly

- Bug fix: the status of the Playback buttons in the App and the LPU are better

synchronized

- Bug fix: Communication between the App and the LPU is more stable

LPU-2 v1.10 : - Bug fix: HTTP triggers are responding again

QuadCore v1.02 : - Timecode action now shows frame as trigger value

- Bug fix for learning timecode action

- Bug fix for closing the change trigger value dialog for schedular triggers

- Bug fix for OSC address parameters; '/' is now allowed

- Bug fix for the cuelist in the web interface; larger list still nicely lined

out, bug only sowed on Windows 10

- Added action task features for Playback; 'Play State' and 'Fader Start'

- The parameter name 'OSC Address' is renamed to 'OSC URI'

- Trigger settings are not shown anymore while editing user lists

- The parameters for task type 'Actionlist' can now be configured

- Actions within Actionlists can be edited

- Master rate on the playback now ranges from -100% to 100%

- DMX stability improvement

- Bug fix for backing-up parameters of type DMX channel, now stored correctly

in the backup file.
