singingfish Posted April 25, 2017 Share Posted April 25, 2017 We're having a right time getting in contact with Crew Cover/PSA to get insured.lots of bouncing emails and webmail that seems to go nowhere.:-/I'm interested if this is just us (my small company) or if anyone else is havinghte same experience recently. Their innaction isn't filiing me with confidence. Maybe someone on here has a direct email address to someone there they'd like to share with me??? I've been using Crew Cover for years, and never had an issue communicating with them, and I've always found them responsive and helpful when asking for modifications and changes to my insurance cover where travel schedules may have affected my 'days overseas' clause, etc. Smiffy Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
ninjadingle Posted July 5, 2017 Share Posted July 5, 2017 As an aside - saw on Facebook this morning someone claiming CrewCover have been charging twice for the premiums in the past few weeks / months - anyone who has renewed with them recently should probably check their bank statement to be safe.
