Sennheaiser headset replacment ear cushions

I have a Sennheiser HMD46-3 headset https://en-uk.sennheiser.com/controler-headset-aviation-noise-cancelling-reduction-hmd-46-3-6 which I use for showcalling. The ear cushions could do with replacing, but I can't find an online stockist that doesn't charge a huge amount of p+p for a very small item.

Sennheiser UK don't sell them directly, and they list dozens of stockists in the UK, all of whom may of may not stock ear cushions, but I can only find out by contacting each one directly.

Does anyone know of a company who would sell these, or would sell a generic alternative? (The diameter is 75mm, with a 60mm hole).

Many thanks

We use the HMD46’s in ATC.

I found, quite by chance, that with a bit of rough persuading the larger earpads from a HD215 will fit on them too. If you’d prefer a full wrap-around earmuff rather than the on-ear type they come as standard with, it’s a good modification to make. I give our controllers the choice and there’s about a 50/50 split of preference.

Thanks for your reply, Boswell, I had already found that site, charging nearly £5 p+p, which is why I was asking if anyone knew of another company that stock them that don't overcharge on postage, or a shop I could go into.

That's useful info, Cedd. Tbh I like the on-ear type - I find the wrap-around type makes it too difficult to hear what's going on on stage!

Unfortunately that's what postage costs these days, they aren't overcharging... Royal Mail tracked is £4.40 for a small parcel so they are charging 15p for packing.

If you want an example of overcharging you can get the same thing from Canford for £8.26 + £26.74 small order handling charge + £8 delivery, all excluding VAT.
