  1. Domestic TV with a Blackmagic micro converter, short USB Cable and a bit of VHB tape are how almost everyone I know does it. Pick TVs with USB outs, most will happily power the converter!
  2. A colleague of mine has what I think is the ANT-2014 and I think they're available, is that any use? https://antrica.com/product/ant-2014-4-x-hdmi-dvi-channel-input-h-264-hd-1080p60-video-encoder/ I can double check the model
  3. Interestingly, the low and ultra low latency options used to only be available within the browser, not as an rtmp stream. I assume it was doing a webrtc session or similar.
  4. The stream health is consistently on Excellent. 'Broadcasting' it has never really had any problems, it just seems to be at the receiving end. Fine and dandy on mobile devices, but desktops/laptops just can't cope for some reason regardless of what network they're connected to (Office or personal or even 4G) I'd play with dropping the bitrate, changing the resolution and checking that the people watching are watching at the same res you're streaming at. With the lower latency options it's having to transcode a copy for each different view bitrate and resolution. It might just be that youtube allocates more server capacity to maiing it seamless on mobile than desktop or something similar, especially for small, private streams.
  5. What does the youtube stream health page say? Nothing wrong with the setup you're using per se, but the low latency and ultra low latency options on youtube used to only be available on "webcam" mode. They are inherently less stable! Would it be an option to set up a zoom call or google meets call, and have people able to join that instead?
  6. If you want portable, generator, and quiet, It has to be a Honda EU. They do several up to 7kVA, which is probably where you want to be looking to get a projector that will get some decent output onto a building. A panasonic 21k laser only pulls around 1500W.
  7. RG6 is more of a size class than a specific performance spec, but each of the major manufacturers have an RG6 class cable. Proper labelling and quality termination is hugely important. 9 out of ten times, when I rig a venue, it's easier to pull our own in that deal with and troubleshoot the unknown installed stuff, even if it runs to and from the perfect spots! If you can, pull some Single Mode fibre in. The cable and the termination is cheap, the kit on the ends is more expensive, but you do gain future proofing. Getting 4k long distances over coax is a real pain. Network infrastructure thought about too?
  8. Go to advanced.vmixcall.com Or use mozilla, It's has slightly easier options for allowing specific devices. It'll be a webcam permissions issue. Also, Teamviewering in can often fix a lot of issues and save a lot of stress!
  9. Works fine, you'll want the IEM receiver in mono or focus mode or whatever it's called.
  10. Having used vmix and cheap capture devices extensively, they often drop frames left right and centre, and sometimes just give up entirely until you reboot them. Then the poor laptop running it all overheats, and someone wonders why their livestream went down. Lots of solutions for lots of budgets, but there's usually a reason that cheap stuff is cheap! (I use blackmagic extensively also)
  11. I would assume in that case that the Splitter is sending an EDID that makes the PC run in RGB colour space. I'd try an alternative DA/Splitter. Or does the PC have a second monitor output that could be used?
  12. It's much easier to get a ~0.125MHz channel to cut through the noise in a less crowded bit of spectrum, than it is a 20 or 40MHz wide channel in very crowded spectrum. I have used teradek extensively, I wouldn't choose to rely on them, or anything unlicensed, for any show critical application.
  13. Not my local one then! Am a scout leader, under current guidelines we will not be attending any remembrance day services.
  14. That has become standard procedure yes.
  15. Looking at your location... is it on a roundabout near a town centre by any chance?
