alstewartle
Having some issues getting the BLU6 wallplates to behave correctly with the older SoundWeb green units, I know I've 'fudged' it in the past - but can't remember exactly how. The issue seems to be that even if you use an 8 way source selector with the control inputs (to match the 8 inputs on the BLU6) it doesn't respond correctly or at all. Similarly the volume control responding even when set as an 'up/down pair' which is what the plate has. Yes all cabling is OK - the equipment is OK and the control ports are set to 3 wire control. Any advice or pointers would be appreciated. Other than 'Buy a BLU100....' ;-) Edit: The BSS forums appear to be down at present, hence my posting here... DrV
Haven't got my computer on at the mo but shouldn't you be using 2 wire mode? The Blu6 just has resistors to ground in it and the 9088 has a 4k7 pullup on each port so each control function needs only a common and the signal.
