Hi,

Somewhat off topic, but I am intrigued to know if anyone else has had this happen to them...

Following the surrender of radio mics to Equiniti, which is the only business I have ever had with them, I am now receiving letters regarding a loan which I don't have and know nothing about - but it seems they want my final repayment

Is anyone else who surrendered mics getting this too ?

John

Not had anything from Equiniti, but...

Send a formal letter to them stating your facts and refuting their claim.
Be prepared to take it t the financial ombudsman.

I have since spoken to Equiniti about the letter and I am assured there is nothing to worry about. No-one seems sure how it happened, but it seems the matter has been sorted.

Cheers,

John

Get a copy of your credit file just to check and get them to state, in writing, that it was a mistake.
